We can build anything. We’re a builder. That’s what we do. As a result we’re good with any plan you choose.
There are many sources of plans. We have provided links below to some of them. As an aside, your plan doesn’t even have to be specifically a log home plan. Almost all plans can be adapted to be a log home.
We also have access to CAD people and architects – one who is totally awesome – Dave McKee. If you can dream it, we can get somebody to design it.
A thing to remember about plans is what we call “the Deviation from Square Effect”. The more a plan deviates from square, the more expensive it gets to build. Our average log home costs between $110 and $125 a square foot completed. Your plan selection will impact final costs.
