We stand by our workmanship. If we do it, we take pride in it. We pay the liability insurance to guarantee it.

AR Homes considers it’s pricing policy transparent. You will know exactly what something costs because you will have made the decision to purchase everything in advance. We pass on ALL of our builder's pricing to you. This typically is between 20% and 60%. Our preferred terms are as follows:

You authorize AR Homes, Inc., to make contact and arrange materials, labor and/or services on your behalf. You understand that prior to approving any such arrangements, AR Homes, Inc. will notify you and request approval prior to any commitments. AR Homes, Inc. will inform and provide invoices to you weekly of Payments that need to be made for said materials, labor and/or services the following week. Some payments will be COD unless other credit arrangements are made with a vendor ahead of time.

Terms
A) $5,000 Good Faith Payment. This payment will be counted against your last payment.
B) Weekly Labor Payments. AR Homes, Inc.’s current labor rate is $39 per man hour payable each Thursday for the upcoming week’s estimated labor costs minus any applicable adjustments for the previous week
C) Sites further than 50 miles from Fayetteville, AR will incur a $20 per diem per man expense, any actual hotel expenses and one-way travel time.
