In today's economy you can't afford to miss your budget.  We don't give lowball quotes to try to sucker you in.  We'll be honest with you.  If what you want costs $200 a foot we'll let you know upfront.  At the same time we consider ourselves experts at pinching pennies.  Our goal is to provide the most bang for the buck.
